Booking Sheet

The main booking sheet display reservation color coded based on it
guarantee status, right click the mouse button and a pop up menu will
be displayed from here you edit reservation etc. Right click on an
empty room will give you the option to make a new reservation. The
booking sheet is based upon a pencil and paper booking sheet most
people are familiar with.

Calendar view

The calendar view provides you with an overall occupancy status for the
selected year beside this you will find a listing of available rooms
and occupied rooms on the right hand side

Layout view

Using the layout view you can use your own layout to provide you with
an instant view of which rooms or in case of a campground which site
are vacant or occupied you can even edit reservation and generate
invoice from this screen

Occupancy screen

The occupancy screen displays reservation over a selected period in a
grid which can be sorted in many ways finding a guest is a breeze.

Product screen

The product screen displays the list of product you have available,
this allows you to sell and add products to your customer invoice.

Nothing is more attractive to a potential customer than a knowing exactly
what they are paying for.

Have you had days where you had to decline a reservation, because you
were already holding a reservation for an expected guest, only to
realize later that the expected guest was a "no show" and after further
investigation, you discovered that the reservation was not guaranteed?

That's why we created this software. You're presented with a
color-coded booking sheet which provides you with instant information
on your room availability and the guarantee status, reducing the
possibility for mistakes.

This Software is Easy for You to Use!

We are of the opinion that if you can't understand a piece of software
in five minutes, it's too complicated to ever be of proper use. With
this in mind we developed Reservation Master to be so easy to use
you'll have it up and running in less than ten minutes.

Generate Invoices and reports in your own language

Although the program is in English, you can adapt the program interface
and reports to almost any language you wish. Simply edit the language
file and enter your translation. This will allow you to change the menu
interface, reports and invoices to your preferred language.

Export raw data when required.

An easy-to-use interface is provided for exporting selected data, which
you can then use in other programs of your choice. In many cases just
click the Excel button to export the selected sheet to Excel.

Find out your income and occupancy levels are at a touch of a button

This software will generate these reports for you. Also occupancy
levels are displayed on top of the booking sheets at all times.

How do you know this product is for you?

You most likely will be a Motel / Hotel operator, although this
software has been used by other organizations, including a cattery. You
are free to download the 30-Day trial to see for yourself. There are no
other restrictions to the program. If after the trial period, you
decide that this program is indeed for you, it can be purchased online.
Your entered data is saved upon re-installation.

I am only operating a small Motel / Hotel. The booking sheet does the job
just fine

Maybe, but have you considered that with this software, you can print
out your booking sheet, or if you have a laptop computer, you can even
take the front office with you while inspecting a unit or working on
site. After all, most operators can answer telephone calls remotely,
however, in order to take a telephone booking, ordinarily you would
need to go back to the office while keeping the caller on hold.

We have been running Reservation Master since we took over our motel in
early 2007.

Originally a pad and pencil based booking system we needed to find a
system that would be very versatile and powerful yet easy and simple
enough for us to both use.

We looked at many commercial products that ranged in the thousands of
dollars yet all seemed extremely complicated and had features that we
would never use.

We came across Reservation Master from an internet search and found the
price and simplicity to be brilliant.

We have never looked back and have also upgraded to new versions as
they just get better and better.

Martien is very approachable should there ever be an issue and he has
incorporated a number of suggestions from his users.

I would highly recommend this product to motels / guest houses of all
sizes and you don't have to be a computer genius to work it.

I recommend that you download the trial version and have a play, it
certainly made up our mind being able to do this.

About me

I am Martinus Brevoort (Martien), Dutch from origin but currently a
proud New Zealand citizen.

After moving to New Zealand I bought a small but cosy Motel complex in
Christchurch the Garden City of Zealand and operated this motel as a
husband and wife team.

During this period I soon noted that keeping track of reservation was
not as easy as it sound.

Having a small Motel also meant that maximizing the occupancy is the
key to success.

Keeping track of reservation manually soon led to mistakes and lost
revenue.

So first I look at the available reservation software in the market and
realized that this was quite costly most software in those day would
cost over $5000,- not to mention the fact to you had to enter a
maintenance agreement etc.

So I decided to use my programming skills and Reservation Master was
born.

Today I am sharing my experience as a Motel owner and programmer trough
the Reservation Master.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
